We want to create an alternative way of living, where healthy food is also tasty, where you can try out new things every day and be truly amazed.


Dojo Elite Fitness started with one simple goal, we wanted to make the world of health easy to understand and empower everyday people, living everyday lives with the ability to make the right choices and take control of their well being

It all began in 2016…


…And the world was a different place back then! When the decision was made to start this blog, I had no idea that the world of health and wellness would blow up in the way that it has over the past decade. People are more conscious of their well-being than ever before and the world is changing with that.


It seems like not a day goes by without a company releasing it’s next “Zero Calorie” product, weight loss stuffs or someone coming up with the latest fad diet to follow.

With this newfound interest in the world of health and fitness, it’s more important now than ever that we can get the right advice without all the nonsense.


There are plenty of people who would look to make a quick buck at the expense of providing false information. That’s why from the very beginning, this site has been all about making sure people are given the information they need to make informed and research-backed decisions.

Things have changed a bit since the beginning. From what started as a simple hobby project, the site has grown massively, all thanks to our readers support.
